Dateposit text messages.
These terms explain account, invite, check-in, cancellation, security, support, and optional early-access messages.

1. Program
Dateposit may send transactional/service messages needed to operate protected plans and, when you separately opt in, permitted promotional or early-access messages. Message frequency varies based on account and plan activity.
2. Consent
Where consent is required, you agree to receive automated text messages at the number you provide. Consent to promotional messages is not a condition of purchasing or using a paid Dateposit service unless applicable law permits otherwise. Transactional/security messages may be necessary to use features that depend on SMS verification.
3. Charges
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Dateposit does not control carrier charges.
4. STOP and revocation
Reply STOP to an applicable message to opt out of the SMS program covered by that consent. Dateposit may send one confirmation message. We will honor other reasonable revocation requests when required by law.
5. HELP
Reply HELP for help or contact Support@Dateposit.com.
6. Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier/network conditions, device settings, and other factors outside Dateposit's control.
7. Privacy
Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are handled under the Privacy Policy and are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing/promotional purposes.
