1. Information We Collect

Dateposit, a platform owned and operated by Barron Sovereign Capital LLC, collects the minimal necessary data to execute mutual commitment holds and verify network integrity[cite: 5]. We collect personal information directly from you when you create an account, and automatically when you use the Services.

  • Identity & Contact Data: Names, mobile phone numbers, and email addresses utilized for account creation and transactional notifications[cite: 5]. Because Dateposit provides strictly digital solutions, we do not request, collect, or store physical shipping or billing addresses.
  • Financial Data & Third-Party Sharing: We utilize Stripe to process all transactions and authorization holds[cite: 5]. Dateposit does not store your full credit card numbers or banking credentials on our servers[cite: 5]. Your contact information may also be securely transmitted to Tremendous exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling digital gift card redemptions[cite: 5].
  • Device & Network Data: This includes information about your access to and use of the platform, such as the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you access the Internet, the dates and times that you access the App, and your device’s system configuration. We use this device data to ensure the safe and proper operation of the platform, prevent fraud, and analyze trends.
  • Location Data: We request temporary access to your device's GPS coordinates exclusively at the time of your scheduled commitment to verify venue arrival and release the escrow holds[cite: 5]. Location data is not continuously tracked[cite: 5]. This data is maintained cryptographically to defend against fraudulent bank chargebacks[cite: 5].

2. Restriction on Sensitive Personal Information & Minors

Sensitive Data: We do not collect, nor do we request or require that you provide any sensitive personal information (e.g., tax identification numbers, driver’s license numbers, passports, information related to racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health data, or financial account routing numbers). You should not send us and should not disclose to us any sensitive personal information through the App, within invite titles, or within chat messages.

Child Users (COPPA Compliance): The App and services are intended for general use audiences 18 years of age and older. Barron Sovereign Capital does not knowingly collect, disclose, or use any personal information of individuals under the age of consent. If we become aware that any user under the age of 18 has provided personal information to us, we will immediately delete such information and void any pending escrow holds.

3. SMS Data and Essential Notifications

We deeply respect your privacy and the security of your communication channels[cite: 5]. We maintain a strict policy regarding your mobile data[cite: 5]:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes[cite: 5]. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent metrics are kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, rented, or distributed to any third parties under any circumstances[cite: 5].

Essential Operations: Please note that some notifications are essential for providing the service or enforcing the escrow protocols. We may use your personal information for sending such notifications (e.g., penalty warnings, cancellation alerts, or check-in verification codes) regardless of your general notification or marketing settings.

4. Platform Integrity, AML, & Ledger Audits

To maintain the security of our behavioral enforcement engine and comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards, we log all platform actions[cite: 5]. This includes successful arrivals, no-shows, late cancellations, administrative fee remittances[cite: 5], and the generation/redemption of Vault Credits[cite: 5]. We process this data under the legal basis of legitimate interest (including, but not limited to, keeping records updated, network security, and preventing fraud). This ledger data is used strictly for internal protocol enforcement (e.g., Reliability Score calculation) and dispute resolution[cite: 5], and will be provided to law enforcement or financial institutions only when legally compelled[cite: 5].

5. Google Analytics & Tracking Opt-Out

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics tool provided by Google LLC ("Google"). When using Google Analytics, the website uses cookies and identifies you using a randomly assigned client ID. When you visit the website, certain parameters will be associated with your randomly-assigned Client ID and recorded in Google Analytics to help us improve the platform.

If you would like to prevent your data from being collected and processed by Google Analytics, you can opt-out by downloading and installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

6. Data Retention, Aggregation, & International Transfers

We retain transactional data, compliance logs, and ledger histories only as long as necessary to clear escrowed holds, maintain our institutional ledger for tax and regulatory purposes, and enforce protocol bans[cite: 5]. We may use anonymized and aggregated data that is not reasonably capable of being associated with any individual for other purposes not described above, including to improve or develop new products and services.

International Transfers: We and our service providers may transfer, store, and process your personal information in jurisdictions other than where you live, specifically within the United States. Laws in these jurisdictions may differ from the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence. By utilizing Dateposit, you explicitly consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States.
